Prepare now

Your clients need a new way to take orders.
And a partner who knows how it works.

The move affects both your restaurant clients and your agency business. Prepare for both together.

Plan the transition

GloriaFood is being discontinued. Decide when your clients' new shops should be ready and who will manage the switch.

Secure your content

Put menus, prices, extras, images and delivery rules on your checklist. Also check which data your clients can export from their existing accounts.

Update ordering channels

Website, Google, social media and printed QR codes: wherever GloriaFood is linked today, your client's new shop must be reachable in future.

Your partner offering

What you have built.

The four-step migration process

Move from GloriaFood to GastroSprint in four steps

Your next step

Your client base. Our migration service.

Menu links or exports are enough to get started. Our team structures the content and prepares the accounts for your approval.

Enquire about a partner account
  1. 01

    Request partner access

Enquire about free partner access. We will then agree on the subdomain, branding and first client locations together.

  2. 02

    Submit existing data

Send us your GloriaFood clients' menu links or exports. Our import team prepares categories, products, extras and delivery zones for your approval.

  3. 03

    Review and test

Review the prepared accounts in your dashboard. Your client can test the new system in parallel if needed.

  4. 04

Go live and secure your margin

Check the new ordering flow and, once approved, replace the widget and links on your client's website. This keeps the switch manageable and the client relationship with you.

Yours Clients. Yours Brand. Yours Margin.

The B2B partner model

You own the client relationship.
We support you behind the scenes.

Start with one restaurant and grow your client base step by step.

Your brand presence

Your own domain, subdomain and branding. You remain the direct point of contact for your restaurant clients.

Your purchase terms

No minimum commitment. The more locations you activate, the lower your monthly purchase price per licence.

Your technical support

You provide first-line support. Our B2B specialist team helps with technical questions at the second line.

Good to know

Questions about the move.

How does GastroSprint differ from GloriaFood?

GastroSprint offers white-label support with your own domain and branding, an ordering website for delivery and collection, and a B2B partner model that keeps the client relationship with the agency. We check compatibility with existing POS systems and devices individually.

Who supports the restaurant clients?

You keep the direct client relationship and provide first-line support. If you need technical help, our B2B specialist team is available for second-line support.

Is there a minimum number of locations or a setup fee?

No. You can start with a single location. As you activate more locations, your monthly purchase price per licence falls. There are no hidden partner setup fees.

What happens to the restaurants' existing printers and hardware?

Whether existing printers and tablets can be reused depends on the specific device and setup. We check the hardware with you before the switch.

How does the free migration service work?

Once you send us your client's data, our team manually structures categories, products, extras and delivery zones. You receive a prepared account to review and approve.

When will GloriaFood shut down?

The GloriaFood homepage states 30 April 2027. Last checked: 25 September 2026. Plan the move well in advance.

What happens to existing ordering links and QR codes?

GloriaFood links do not automatically lead to the new shop. Replace ordering widgets and links on your clients' websites, business profiles and social media. Printed QR codes with a fixed GloriaFood URL must be replaced. If you control a redirect, you can update its destination.
